Asian American Commercial Watch: Panda Express’s Panda Merman?!?

What first caught my eye with the latest Panda Express commercial was the attractive Chinese American Mermaid depicted – the first I think I’ve ever seen. However, what I thought was really, really, really weird (besides a talking Panda) was a talking Panda merman!?!?! Pretty crazy way for Panda Express to promote its “Golden Treasure Shrimp.”
