We Are All Danny Chen: Private Danny Chen Video & Petition For Court-Martials

Private Danny Chen’s family and friends are continuing the fight for justice with a touching video and online petition. Last October, the 19 year old was found shot to death in Afghanistan and now the involuntary manslaughter charges against four of the eight soldiers have been dropped.

Unsurprisingly, Chen’s family is upset about the recent changes and are now asking for the public’s help. They’re demanding for the court-martials to be held in the US in order for justice to be served and for closure on the untimely death. Danny Chen’s case reflects the recent media attention on bullying and how APA youths are most affected; hopefully this viral video will help bring more publicity to what’s going on.

Watch the video above to see how the community is rallying together as “We Are All Danny Chen” and sign the petition here.
