Playboy Features Bruno Mars On April 2012 Cover

Bruno Mars has something new to brag about: he’s the 10th guy to appear on Playboy’s cover! The Hollywood Reporter revealed the April’s “Sex and Music” issue cover and inside, fans can find a fashion spread and an interview with Mars that pays homage to Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley–not surprising, since he was once known as the youngest Elvis impersonator in the world!

As for his biggest musical influence?

…The “Grenade” singer chose Jimi Hendrix, not Sinatra or Presley, as the musician he would most like to work with if given the opportunity. “I think he’s the greatest guitar player in the world, and I would want to see him do his thing in person,” Mars said. “He’s the reason I picked up a guitar in the first place.”

Apparently building a time machine is next on his list. Hey Bruno, after you’re done with it, can I borrow your Flux Capacitator? There’s a hoverboard I need to pick up.
