It has been said before that we at GASP! love our sushi, and we’re not the only ones. One of the reasons it’s so loved around the world is that it just looks so much better than other food. This could definitely be seen in the beautiful camera work of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (97% fresh at Rotten Tomatoes), which follows the master sushi chef Jiro Ono, who at the age of 85 is still striving for sushi perfection. That perfection could definitely be seen in the many shots of his creations, which will definitely send you to the nearest sushi bar. Of course, few sushi chefs will come close to his craftsmanship, but it’ll serve as a good appetizer for your next sushi stop.
