Asian American Commercial Watch: Volvo’s “The Unexpected Ones” With Jeremy Lin

Back in August, I had blogged about Jermey Lin and what he was doing during his off-season, which included filming a commercial for Volvo. Originally, Lin had signed a deal with Volvo to promote its brand and cars in China. But this commercial was posted on YouTube by Volvo USA and has Lin speaking in English – so I’m guessing we’ll be seeing this commercial on the air soon. I love seeing the two white kids, when spotting Lin drive, give a shout out to their idol. When was the last time you saw that in a commercial?
