‘Cute Girl Movie Review’ Web Show Created by Cindy Fang

Cindy Fang is an Asian American female comedy writer currently working in television, and in her spare time, she makes her own web content. Her belief is that by encouraging and supporting Asian American writers/filmmakers, she can help change the general perception of our community to the general public.

She just launched a new web show called Cute Girl Movie Review. It’s sort of in the vein of “Dramatic Yelp Reviews by Real Actors”, except each video features a cute girl performing a user-generated movie review gleaned from imdb, Netflix, Yahoo, etc. directly to camera.

Since Cindy says she largely toils away her days in a writers’ room at the behest of her boss, the studio, and the network, she feels that it’s important to have outlets where she can have complete creative freedom.

I’m sure our readers want to know when the cute Asian girls start doing the movie reviews.
